Craig Swanson is a Principal at Capital and Land Advisors, a capital markets and land brokerage advisory firm with more than 20 years of experience in both local and national markets. As a structured finance team leader and development land broker, he has sourced over $7.8 billion in capital for his real estate development and landowner clients.

Based in Austin, Texas, Craig leverages his deep industry relationships and experience running a national brokerage firm to provide best-in-class solutions for complex structured finance and land development transactions. His ability to craft efficient solutions to challenging problems, combined with his strong market connections, has helped clients successfully navigate dynamic market conditions.

Craig graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness. When he isn’t busy with his professional responsibilities, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
